Our Leaders
Jonathan Taylor
CPO, Chairman and Co-Founder
Jonathan is a seasoned "full stack entrepreneur" with a history of founding, running, and successfully exiting multiple companies. He played a pivotal role in establishing Sighthound and previously founded Voxeo in 1999, which he grew into a leading SaaS platform for automated customer service, later sold to Aspect Software. He also spun off Tropo from Voxeo, which was acquired by Cisco in 2015.
Ryan Campbell
CEO, Board Member
Ryan brings a diverse leadership background from engineering to corporate culture. He held key positions at Voxeo, including SVP of Engineering and CIO. At Sighthound, he is responsible for product management and maintaining a high-performance, customer-centric culture. Ryan holds a BS in Computer Science from UCF.
Dr. Zain Masood
CTO, Board Member and Co-Founder
Dr. Zain holds a PhD in Computer Science from UCF, specializing in computer vision and machine learning. His expertise includes gesture recognition, object detection, face recognition and computational photography. He oversees the research department at Sighthound, driving advancements in AI and deep learning.
Megan Remy
Chief Operating Officer
With over 15 years of experience in software operations and revenue management, Megan is key to optimizing processes and driving data-driven strategies at Sighthound. Passionate about transformation and customer success, she empowers the organization with innovative thinking and strategic planning, ensuring efficiency and scale-up growth.
Roger Dunnavan
Chief Revenue Officer
Roger is a proven intrapreneur and sales leader, having grown multiple spin-outs and startups. He brings significant expertise in SaaS offerings, with a successful combination of hands-on sales leadership, business development, and channel strategy to Sighthound. He has successfully led sales teams to achieve substantial revenue growth.
Markus Hahn
Chief Architect, Co-Founder
Markus brings two decades of software design and development expertise, focusing on security, networking, and media technologies. He has been instrumental in developing Sighthound’s architecture. He has an exceptional background in security, networking, and media technologies. Markus holds a BS in Computer Science from UAS in Esslingen, Germany.
John Riley
Board Member
John is an investor, sales leader, experienced board member and entrepreneur with a history of founding and leading successful companies. He co-founded CoAdvantage and ZeroChaos, and has been involved in strategic investments through the Legacy Fund.
Dr. Mubarak Shah
Advisor
Dr. Shah joins Sighthound as an advisor. He is a Trustee Chair Professor of Computer Science at UCF and the founding director of the Center for Research in Computer Vision. His research includes video surveillance, visual tracking and human activity recognition. He is a fellow of IEEE, AAAS, IAPR, and SPIE, and serves as an editor for several prominent journals.
